President Isaac Herzog spoke at the launch event of the Gandel Rehabilitation Center at Hadassah Hospital on Mount Scopus in Jerusalem, established by Hadassah Women's Organization. "During the war, we visited here and saw countless wounded. Time and again, we watched helicopters landing, bringing together heroines and heroes in olive uniforms with heroines and heroes bearing the Hadassah logo," Herzog said. "The new center is of primary national importance, because rehabilitation is an act of healing that reflects a deep belief in life, a belief that after the tear, suffering and pain - one can recover."
