Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's departure to Washington is being delayed, after it was supposed to take place at 5:00 PM. Meanwhile, Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Yuli Edelstein is presenting the draft conscription bill to the representative of the ultra-Orthodox factions, former minister Ariel Atias from Shas. The proposal is being presented after the ultra-Orthodox demanded to see the draft before Netanyahu's trip to the U.S.
