The High Court gave binding force to the parties' agreements in the Elector petition, published yesterday, according to which the decision by Elections Committee Chairman Noam Sohlberg, which disqualified parties' reporting on citizens who do not vote, was made without authority and will return for renewed decision by the full Elections Committee. According to the judges' decision, the committee will reach a decision soon and a follow-up hearing is scheduled for September 9.
