He addressed residents in the neighborhoods of Ghaben, Al-Shima'a, Fadaous, Al-Manshiya, Sheikh Zayed, Al-Salatin, Al-Karama, Beit Lahiya Project, Al-Zuhour, Tel Al-Zaatar, Al-Nour, Abd Al-Rahman, Al-Nahda and Jabalia Base, stating: 'The IDF is operating with great force in your areas as terrorist organizations continue their activities. The areas where you are located are considered dangerous combat zones. Terrorist organizations have brought disaster upon you. For your safety, evacuate southward immediately.' Military officials explain this is part of preparations for Operation 'Gideon's Chariots.'
