Qatar's Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, who also serves as the country's Foreign Minister, said at the "Doha Forum" that "negotiations to end the war in Gaza are at a critical stage. The agreement has not been fully implemented. Mediators are working together to enter the next phase of the ceasefire, necessary for stabilization and the establishment of a Palestinian state. A complete ceasefire cannot be considered achieved without Israel's withdrawal from Gaza."
