She distributed this opinion to members of the Knesset Committee ahead of a discussion scheduled for tomorrow on the matter. According to her, "At this stage, it is premature to determine the extent of the flaw in the legislative process and how to remedy it. Therefore, the committee under the new chairman will need to clarify the main issues arising from the bill in a way that ensures that he, along with the other committee members, will thoroughly examine each of the issues on the agenda that the committee must decide upon."
