Fire and rescue teams have begun searching for a 16-year-old boy who went missing near the water reservoir at Gaaton quarry in the Western Galilee, with no trace of his whereabouts. Divers and rescuers from the Lehava unit are making their way to the location. Deputy Chief Fire Officer Shmulik Franco, deputy commander of the Zevulun station, reported that "the incident is complex due to terrain conditions and water turbidity. Firefighters from the Coastal District, together with the Special Rescue Unit from the Northern District, are using all available resources to locate the teen, including searches using a boat."
