Malka Leifer, who was convicted of raping two of her students at the school she managed in Melbourne, Australia and sentenced to 15 years, was reportedly documented allegedly sexually assaulting a young inmate in the prison where she is serving her sentence. This was reported by the British Daily Mail, which added that she was transferred to isolation within the detention facility after the incident. A source who spoke with an Australian news site said the assault was fully recorded on closed-circuit cameras inside the prison, and noted that the victim is a young Aboriginal woman in her 20s.
