President Isaac Herzog spoke at the state Memorial Day ceremony at the Western Wall plaza, saying: 'I stand here today, a step away from where the smoke of burned granaries mixed with the smoke of the Temple's destruction 2,000 years ago - and I cry out against those who incite, divide, polarize and burn granaries: enough division, enough polarization, enough hatred. We must not bring about the destruction of our national home with our own hands.' The president further called in his speech: 'To keep the IDF out of the disputes that tear us apart. To keep the Shin Bet, police, Mossad, and all security and internal security forces - out of any dispute.'
