Mothers of hostages Matan Angerst and Nimrod Cohen: 'Be strong, hold on to hope'

|
The mothers of kidnapped soldiers Nimrod Cohen and Matan Angerst, who are leading the protest in Jerusalem calling for a hostage return deal, addressed their sons in a post on X as the day of protest began. "Good morning my child, did you sleep last night? Please be strong, mom is not giving up on you," wrote Vicki Cohen. "I am going up to Jerusalem today, in front of the Prime Minister's house window, and we will cry out your cry." Anat Angerst wrote: "Matan my prince, mom loves you. I am on my way to Jerusalem to cry out your voice that is not heard. How I miss your voice, touching you, hugging you. You will return to me child, hold on to hope."
