A resident of Umm al-Fahm in his 20s was killed in an accident between a car and a truck on Highway 6 northbound, near Bat Hefer. MDA paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. The truck driver was lightly injured and evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera. Police have opened an investigation.
