Paratroopers Brigade forces completed their mission today in the Khan Younis area in southern Gaza Strip. This was announced by the IDF spokesperson, who added that during the fighting, the forces eliminated terrorists in face-to-face encounters and in close cooperation with the Air Force, and destroyed terror infrastructure, including: military buildings, weapons storage facilities, weapons and explosives. Additionally, the forces destroyed several underground tunnels used by terror organizations in the Gaza Strip. In one operation, the forces identified Hamas terrorists and quickly surrounded them; the terrorists were eliminated before they could approach the forces. The Paratroopers Brigade will continue to its next mission in the Judea and Samaria region.
