The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, has been suspended from his position pending a vote by member states on his fate. This was announced by the court's governing body following an investigation into sexual harassment allegations filed against him. A diplomatic source told Reuters that the ICC's governing body determined that Khan engaged in inappropriate and serious conduct, after an 18-month investigation into allegations that he engaged in non-consensual sexual relations with a female lawyer in his office. Khan has denied the allegations.
