Police Commissioner Danny Levi held an additional situation assessment at the police command post following the attack that occurred yesterday morning at Kfar Yona junction, the police reported. It was further stated that the district commander briefed the commissioner on ongoing activities from yesterday morning until now regarding the manhunt for the suspect, including both overt and covert operations. The commissioner instructed forces to use all necessary means available to the Israel Police to locate the suspect and bring him to arrest, and in his subsequent remarks, praised the work of the police officers and security agencies taking part in the operation.
