PM's spokesperson on statements attributed to him: 'A real injustice has been done to me'

|
Ziv Agmon, acting chief of staff and spokesperson for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, addressed the publication of statements attributed to him - in which he allegedly called, among other things, Likud Knesset members 'baboons.' Agmon stated: 'I do not intend to address all the nonsense attributed to me this evening, but there is one thing I could not let pass in silence.' He added: 'Anyone who knows me and my work with the prime minister knows very well that the words allegedly attributed to me regarding Mizrahi Jews are as far from me as possible, and not only because a large part of my family are Mizrahi Jews from Morocco. A real injustice has been done to me here.'
