Veteran journalist, director and television personality Menashe Raz has died at the age of 80. Raz, who was born in 1946, was for decades a prominent part of public broadcasting in Israel, and throughout his career held a series of roles in radio and television as a reporter, editor, presenter, host and director. He was among the voices and faces associated with the era when Kol Israel and Channel 1 were central hubs of Israeli media.
