Tal Yanon Dardik charged with violating administrative order, arrested: 'I will not cooperate'

|
The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court ordered the detention of Tal Yanon Dardik until the end of proceedings, following his violation of an administrative order banning him from Judea and Samaria issued by Central Command Chief Avi Blut. Dardik announced the resumption of his struggle against administrative orders and informed his family members and lawyers that he will sit in prison and will not cooperate with the order. "I will not cooperate with this draconian and harmful order," he said. "This is a struggle over the persecution of dozens of settlers." An indictment was filed against Dardik for violating the order, after he failed to appear twice a day for signature at the Modiin Illit police station.
