Attorney General to Ben Gvir: No reason to delay promoting Officer Saban, concerns it's due to her testimony in PM's cases

|
Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara sent a letter to National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, stating that "there is no legal or other grounds for not granting the rank of Chief Superintendent to Major Rinat Saban, and the process must be completed immediately." According to Baharav-Miara, "meanwhile, a very troubling picture emerges regarding your conduct, and it strengthens the already serious concern that the delay in awarding the rank to the officer is motivated by irrelevant considerations, based on her testimony in the Prime Minister's case and her involvement in investigating his associates."
