The State Attorney's Office has submitted a prosecutor's statement before filing an indictment against Haim Roter, chairman of the "Shomrim" organization in Bnei Brak, who is suspected in dozens of rape cases involving minors and adults. According to the investigation, the suspect exploited his status and power in the ultra-Orthodox community in the city and operated in a systematic pattern through which he managed to gain the trust of the victims and sexually abused them in various ways. As part of the investigation, a total of 15 complaints were collected. His detention has been extended until July 27.
