Ashdod resident convicted of premeditated murder of friend after dispute

The Be'er Sheva District Court has convicted Ashdod resident Shaked Dror of the premeditated murder of Israel Malka in the city in 2017. He was also convicted of obstruction of justice and receiving stolen vehicle or vehicle parts. According to the indictment, Dror and Malka were friends, and after a dispute broke out between them, Dror equipped himself with a stolen motorcycle and gun. On the day of the murder, Malka was driving a car while Dror followed him on the motorcycle. When the car stopped at a traffic light, Dror got off the motorcycle, approached the window and shot at Malka, then fled the scene. The court convicted Dror of premeditated murder.
