The armored corps fighter, Sgt. Liran Ben Zion (19), who fell last night in battle in southern Lebanon, was laid to rest at the military cemetery in the city. Education Minister Yoav Kisch and Mayor Shai Kinan also attended the funeral. Keren, Liran's mother, cried out in tears: 'We love you, hero of Israel, my Liran, you're a hero. May your soul rest in paradise. What a brilliant boy we are burying.'
