Palestinians reported that settlers torched two vehicles in the village of Atara, north of Ramallah, and sprayed graffiti. Among the inscriptions written was "Revenge for Leiter," in reference to yesterday's attack at a checkpoint on Highway 443 in which IDF reservist Neriya Leiter was wounded, the son of Israel's Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter.
