The prosecution submitted an indictment to the Beer Sheva Magistrate's Court against Aahed Kabua (25) from Arara in the Negev for offenses of forcible indecent act, breaking and entering, assault causing actual bodily harm and invasion of privacy - after he stalked a woman living near his home for two years, broke into her house and attacked her. According to the indictment, Kabua possessed the complainant's underwear, broke into her home and entered her bedroom - where he assaulted her. Following her screams, the complainant's family members arrived at the room, and Kabua fled the scene.
