Anthropic, the developer of the Claude artificial intelligence model, has filed a prospectus ahead of its initial public offering with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the prospectus, Anthropic recorded revenues of $16.3 billion in the first half of 2026, compared to $1.2 billion in the same period last year. The company recorded a loss of $80.7 billion during the same period and expects losses to continue due to increased spending.
