At least nine people were killed and four were wounded in a Russian attack on a bus in Ukraine's northern Sumy region. Igor Tkachenko, head of the regional military administration, reported that medical and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene. The attack occurred hours after negotiations between Russia and Ukraine took place yesterday in Turkey.
