El Al announced that with the approval of security officials, rescue flights to bring back Israelis staying in Dubai will begin tomorrow. The first flight will take off from Tel Aviv in the morning hours and depart from Dubai to Tel Aviv at 11:00 a.m., and another flight will take off from Dubai at 1:00 p.m. El Al noted that each passenger will be allowed to fly with hand luggage only (carry-on). Arkia also announced the opening of sales. On all rescue flights, checked luggage will be sent to passengers separately in Israel.
