|
The main Hanukkah candle-lighting event near Red Square in Russia's capital Moscow has been canceled. This follows the terror attack at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, which claimed the lives of 11 victims. Additionally, internal holiday events at all Chabad houses in the city have been canceled. Russia's Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar said: "The forces of darkness have appeared on the Festival of Lights - and the world must stop them."
