Moti Babchik, chief of staff to Housing Minister Yitzhak Goldknopf, met with National Unity Party chairman Benny Gantz to discuss coalition instability among other issues. Meanwhile, Goldknopf's Agudat Yisrael faction is expected to propose to Degel HaTorah to submit a joint bill for the dissolution of the Knesset - not only withdrawing from the government over the military draft exemption crisis but actively working to dismantle it.
