The Palestinian driver who struck a teenager near Ateret in the Mateh Binyamin region turned himself in to IDF forces. An investigation revealed it was a traffic accident. According to the suspicion, youths from a nearby outpost disrupted Palestinian vehicle traffic in the area and attempted to block them, and a Palestinian vehicle struck one of them as it tried to escape from the scene. One of the youths was lightly injured.
