Home Front Command's investigation into the failure that caused no warning siren to be activated in Haifa during the Iranian barrage yesterday revealed that an Iranian ballistic missile hit the heart of a residential neighborhood - and a specific detection failure meant no interceptor was launched at all. According to findings, a person was just meters away from where the Iranian missile exploded and miraculously sustained only light injuries and has already been discharged from the hospital. The investigation concluded that because there was no detection, no interceptor was launched toward the Iranian missile. During the launch process, the missile separated from its warhead, and interceptors were fired only at one part of the missile.
