The Health Ministry issued an administrative order to close the Rami Levy branch on Fliman Street in Haifa, after an inspection found "severe sanitary deficiencies that pose a danger to public health." The inspection revealed rat droppings in the refrigeration room, cockroaches in the vegetable sales area and mold accumulation in the backup milk refrigerator.
