Shin Bet chief David Zini addressed the Israeli Security Agency personnel at the national memorial ceremony for October 7, saying, "We must remember that our responsibility is not limited to fixing the past. It requires looking toward the future and changing. The enemy learns from us and adapts. Therefore, we must not rely on concepts just because they served us in the past. Everyone is required to question, challenge, innovate, initiate, identify change before it becomes a threat - and to stay one step ahead of those who seek to harm us."
