He stated that 'The entry of fuel to the Emirati hospital was carried out as part of the rotation of foreign medical teams and for use in the hospital only. The fuel entry was approved by the political echelon and all relevant security establishment authorities. COGAT implements the policy as determined and approved by the political echelon.'
