Police arrested a Bnei Brak resident in his 40s on suspicion of extortion through threats and distributing videos online of people he allegedly claimed abused and harmed animals. The police investigation was opened following complaints received from several people, including a minor, that the suspect threatened them online and demanded they pay fines, claiming they had abused animals. The suspect posted videos online in which he is seen threatening the complainants.
