The Southern District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against Samir Mohammed, 29, a Jordanian citizen who worked at a hotel in Eilat, for allegedly committing an indecent act against a 13-year-old girl. According to the indictment, Mohammed noticed the girl near the hotel and asked her to accompany him. He took her to a service room in the hotel, where he committed an indecent act despite her refusal. The defendant has denied all allegations.
