Environmental Protection Minister Idit Silman's office announced that due to the postponement of Independence Day events, and in accordance with the law that exempts Independence Day from standard noise regulations, the minister has instructed enforcement authorities not to enforce the ban on playing music after 11:00 PM at events organized by local municipalities.
