Turkey confirmed reports that a meeting is taking place with representatives from the United States, Egypt and Qatar in Miami. The Turkish Foreign Ministry said that "representatives from Ankara, Washington, Cairo and Qatar are discussing in Miami the transition to the second phase of the agreement in Gaza, and the establishment of an international stabilization force and peace council in the Strip."
