Tibi: We'll support Ohana's removal, won't allow Netanyahu to be transitional PM

|
Chairman of the Joint List faction, MK Ahmad Tibi, announced that "we will not allow Netanyahu to be a transitional prime minister." According to him, "The Joint List offers a 'safety net' - first and foremost for our people - in exchange for commitments: acceptance of the Joint List's plan to eradicate violence and crime, halting home demolitions, and striving for a political horizon. It is clear to us that the next government will not be a peace government - but the choice is between bad and worse - and therefore we will find the point of intersection that will serve our society and its interests. We will not wait for the formation of a new government, in the early days of the next Knesset we will remove Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana, and the Joint List will vote with the opposition candidate."
