The IDF Chief Military Prosecutor, Maj. Gen. Itai Ofir, has ordered the dismissal of the indictment against five Force 100 soldiers in the 'Sde Teiman' case. According to the IDF Spokesperson, 'The decision was made after reviewing all considerations, evidence and relevant circumstances: the complexity regarding the existing evidentiary foundation; the release of the security detainee to Gaza and its implications for the evidentiary aspect; the conduct of senior officials in the Military Prosecutor's Office and the IDF law enforcement system in this case; procedural difficulty regarding the transfer of relevant investigative materials from the investigation file.'
