Indictment: Fake prescriptions and IDs issued to sell drugs and narcotics

|
The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment against David Atar (74) from Kedumim-Tzoran and Jamil Suwaid (36) from Salama, who works as a pharmacist, for dispensing thousands of narcotic drugs and dangerous substances based on forged prescriptions. According to the indictment, the two operated a network for dispensing the drugs and narcotics for six months from the 'Club Pharm' pharmacy at the 'Em HaDerech' mall in Beit Yanai, and sold them to third parties. Atar was responsible for obtaining dozens of forged medical prescription forms, identity cards and appendices, and Suwaid worked as a pharmacist at the pharmacy and dispensed the prescriptions even though he knew they were forged.
