A military source claimed that most of the soldiers from the Tzabar Battalion in Givati returned to the Sde Teiman base after abandoning it in protest against the battalion commander who broke signs they had hung. An assembly was scheduled to take place at the base at 4:30 p.m., during which commanders planned to check how many soldiers were absent. The assembly was postponed for an unknown reason.
