After thousands of launches toward Gulf states, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said he 'apologizes to the neighbors' and announced that 'we have no intention of attacking other countries.' He claimed that 'the Interim Leadership Council approved that neighboring countries will not be attacked,' but stressed that it would happen — 'if an attack against Iran comes from those countries.' Pezeshkian also said that 'Iran's surrender is a dream that will never come true. Iran extends a hand to neighboring countries for cooperation in strengthening regional security.'
