The Prime Minister's Office announced that in a joint operation by IDF and Shin Bet forces, the body of Thai citizen Natpong Pinta was recovered yesterday from the Rafah area in Gaza Strip and returned to Israel. Pinta was kidnapped to Gaza from Kibbutz Nir Oz during the October 7 massacre and was killed in captivity by the Al-Mujahideen terror organization shortly after the war began. His family in Thailand has been updated through the Thai embassy and the Coordinator for Hostages and Missing Persons, Brigadier General (Res.) Gal Hirsch.
