Under the shadow of the ultra-Orthodox threat to vote today for the dissolution of the Knesset in a preliminary reading following the crisis over the draft exemption law, the newspaper of the Degel HaTorah party "Yated Ne'eman" wrote this morning that "the United Torah Judaism faction will vote on the bill to dissolve the Knesset."
