Justice Yechiel Kasser responded: 'This argument was already presented to the District Court.' Hadad replied that 'you can't seize suspects' rights like this, so was the arrest illegal? The Magistrate's Court raised an outcry about this. The District Court is forcefully trying to restore the backbone that collapsed.'
