Urich's Attorney to Supreme Court: 'District Court Forcefully Trying to Restore Collapsed Backbone'

|
Attorney Amit Hadad, representing Jonathan Urich in the 'Qatar-gate' case, stated during an appeal against his detention at the Supreme Court that 'the District Court did not explain how at midnight they say he's being released, and after a few minutes he's suddenly dangerous and at risk of disrupting the investigation.' Justice Yechiel Kasser responded: 'This argument was already presented to the District Court.' Hadad replied that 'you can't seize suspects' rights like this, so was the arrest illegal? The Magistrate's Court raised an outcry about this. The District Court is forcefully trying to restore the backbone that collapsed.'
