The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the city's District Court against Moshe Sheinberg, 28, from Ganei Tikva, for attempted murder. According to the indictment, he followed a scooter owner in Tel Aviv, initially planted an explosive device in the stairwell of a nearby building, and after several days retrieved and repositioned it next to the scooter. The next day, Sheinberg remotely detonated the device while in the city, severely burning a passerby in the explosion. The indictment also charges him with aggravated assault and transporting, manufacturing and possession of weapons.
