Such a law cannot pass," and criticized the supply of water and electricity to Gaza. "Those 4,200 trucks, which are clearly Hamas' main source of funding, come from the Defense Ministry's budget. According to security officials' estimates, Hamas seizes control of 80% of those aid trucks," he said.
