President Isaac Herzog and his wife Michal toured Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv ahead of the release of hostages. Herzog praised the medical teams for their impressive preparations for receiving the hostages and said that "the most important thing is that we see everyone at home, that everyone returns safely and that the people of Israel receive good news." Herzog left a note for hostages who will be received at Ichilov hospital: "How good it is that you came home."
