Duvdevan forces conducted a special operation this morning in Tulkarm, under the command of the IDF's Ephraim Brigade and guided by the Shin Bet, according to a statement from the IDF and Shin Bet. According to the statement, the forces conducted an intelligence and operational manhunt in recent weeks and arrested terrorist Muhammad Ibrahim Awwad Shahadeh from the Fatah movement. It was also reported that "the terrorist has been wanted recently after being suspected of involvement in terrorist activity, planning and carrying out attacks and trafficking in combat equipment."
