The Northern District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against a northern Israel resident who threatened to murder his neighbor and punctured his car tires. According to the indictment, the suspect drove to Tiberias and threatened the neighbor's daughter that he would murder her father. He then drove to the victim's home armed with a knife, but left when he noticed the victim was with his children. Shortly afterward, the defendant punctured his neighbor's car tires, called him and threatened him. The indictment stated that on another occasion, he went to the neighbor's car and set the tires on fire. The indictment charges him with offenses of making threats, illegal possession of a knife, malicious damage and arson.
